Juniors is aimed at young people aged between 8 and 16 years of age, this is open to parental consent and individuals mental and physical maturity. Some early teens do move up quickly to our senior sessions, junior sessions are fun boxing orientated enabling the youngsters to learn the basics and get fit.
DEVELOPMENT AND CARDED
These sessions are for the development and carded boxers in the gym, looking to compete or learn more advanced technique. Attendees are invited along by the coaching team only.
Our senior sessions are open to all skill levels over the age of 16, beginners to competing boxer. You will be looked after, and all sessions are coach led.
